What landscaping SEO costs, and what actually decides it.

Programs on this site run from $65 to $575 a month with no contract and no setup fee. The number is decided by keyword scope and domain count, not by how many crews you run. Here is how to work out which tier pays at your job values.

What moves the number

Three variables, and crew count is not one of them.

Vendors who price on company size are pricing on the wrong variable. What determines cost is how many terms have to be held, across how many domains, in how many markets.

Keyword count is the main driver. A maintenance-only company in one market needs 20. Add design-build, hardscape and irrigation as separate groups and 40 is the floor. Multi-division or multi-market operations need 100.

Domain count matters if you run separate sites for separate divisions, which is common when a maintenance brand and a design-build brand are deliberately kept apart.

Content is priced separately, from $26 a month, and a website is a one-time charge from $400. Neither is compulsory.

04
The test

Does it pay at your numbers?

Platinum at $325 a month is $3,900 a year. That is less than one enhancement project, and roughly six percent of a single design-build job. The calculator on this site does the arithmetic against your own job values rather than ours.

05
The market

What the range looks like, and what sits behind it.

Price pointWhat is usually being soldWorth knowing
$65 to $325 a monthA defined deliverable: a keyword count, a link count, a reportWhere these programs sit. Judge it on what arrives and whether you can verify it.
$500 to $1,500 a monthA regional agency retainer, often with content includedFrequently reasonable. Ask what portion is content and what portion is authority.
$2,000 to $5,000 a monthA full-service agency with strategy and account timeJustifiable for multi-branch or commercial operators. Rarely justifiable for two crews.
Under $50 a monthAutomated directory submission and low-quality linksCosts more than it saves. Cleaning up afterward is a real expense.
Percentage of revenuePerformance framingSounds aligned. Check what counts as attributable revenue before signing anything.
06
The real variables

What actually decides which tier you need.

Not your revenue and not your crew count. Three things decide it, and none of them are about how big the company is.

How many distinct services you sell. Maintenance only is a small keyword set. Maintenance plus treatment plus hardscape plus design-build plus irrigation is four times the work, because each one needs its own pages and its own terms.

How many markets you serve. One metro is one set of local signals. Three metros with separate crews is three, and that is what pushes a company from Platinum to Titanium more often than anything else.

How contested your market is. A dense metro with several established design-build firms takes longer and needs more authority than a market where the competition is a single truck. This affects timeline more than price.

07
The comparison that matters

Put the cost against one project, not against the month.

Platinum at $325 a month is $3,900 a year. The comparison people reach for is the monthly invoice, and it is the wrong denominator in a trade with this spread of job values.

Against a design-build project

One project at $65,000 pays for roughly seventeen years of Platinum. It only has to work once.

Against a hardscape project

One patio at $22,000 covers more than five years.

Against maintenance alone

A retained seasonal contract at $2,400 covers seven months. Three of them pay for the year, which is the honest bar to clear.

Questions

Why is this cheaper than other landscaping SEO agencies?

Because the deliverable is defined and the work is done at volume across 15,000 clients since 2009. You are buying a specified number of guest posts, Web 2.0s and amplification links each month, each delivered with a live URL, rather than an open-ended retainer.

Is there a contract?

No. Every program is month to month and can be canceled at any time. The setup fee is waived.

What is not included?

Content writing and website design are separate, and priced openly. Reputation management is offered but not priced on this site yet.

Is cheap SEO worth trying first?

Basic at $65 is a genuine deliverable and a reasonable place for a single-service company in one market to start. What is not worth trying is anything below that from an automated provider, because low-quality links create a cleanup cost that exceeds whatever you saved.

What happens if we stop paying?

Everything built stays yours permanently. Every link, every page, every asset, with the live URLs already in your reports. Rankings will drift over time as competitors keep building, but nothing is clawed back and there is no contract to exit.

Why is there no setup fee?

It is waived on every plan and every billing option. Setup fees in this category are mostly a commitment device to offset the risk of a client leaving in month two, and month-to-month billing with no contract makes that a risk we would rather just carry.

Is a one-time order better value than a subscription?

It is better for testing and worse for results. A one-time order delivers a defined batch of work and stops, which is useful if you want to see what arrives before committing. Authority compounds, so the monthly option outperforms it over any period longer than a few months.

What is not included in these prices?

Website design, which is a separate one-time charge from $400, content writing, which is priced separately through LavishContent from $26 a month, and reputation management, which is not priced on this site because the figure is unverified. The monthly program price is the program only.

Can we start small and move up?

That is the normal path and there is nothing structural preventing it. Companies frequently start on Golden, see which keyword groups move, and step up to Platinum once they know which work they want more of. Billing is monthly with no contract, so changing tier is a decision rather than a renegotiation.

How should we judge whether it is working?

On signed work of the kind you said you wanted, compared season over season rather than month over month. In a business this seasonal, comparing March to February tells you about the weather. Comparing this March to last March tells you about the program, and that is the only comparison worth acting on.
