What are better rankings actually worth to you?
Pick the work you want more of, price it at your own numbers, and the arithmetic runs live. Nothing here is a black box and nothing is emailed to you unless you ask for it.

One design-build project is worth about 1,444 weekly mowing visits. If your marketing only targets maintenance searches, that is the work you will get.
The Titanium program is $575 a month, or $6,900 a year, against 14 additional customers or projects.
Authority takes three to six months to build. Rankings established in February capture the spring window. Work commissioned in April does not.
Volume is the wrong target, and this trade proves it.
The number at the top of the calculator is useful. The number in the accent panel is the one worth acting on, because it compares the cheapest work you sell against the most valuable, at the prices you entered.
Almost every SEO program in this trade is aimed at maintenance search, because that is where the volume is. Maintenance keywords have high volume and low value. Design-build keywords have low volume and enormous value. An agency reporting on sessions will always steer you toward the first group.
Maintenance accounts are not worthless. They are the entry point, and a mowing customer becomes an enhancement customer becomes a design-build customer. The honest position is that both matter, and that most companies are only marketing for one of them.

Questions
Where do the default values come from?
They are typical ranges for the trade, not quotes and not promises. Every one of them is editable, and the whole point of the tool is that you replace them with your own numbers. A company in a high cost metro and a company in a rural market should end up with very different figures.
Why is the default visibility lift only twenty percent?
Because it is deliberately conservative. Twenty percent more search-sourced work is a modest assumption, and the argument holds without needing an optimistic one. If you know your own conversion numbers, adjust it in either direction.
Is this a quote?
No. It is arithmetic on numbers you supplied, shown in full so nothing is hidden. What it models is the value of additional search-sourced work at your own prices. It does not predict rankings, and we do not guarantee them.
